Tammy shares some of her favorite ways to bring a summery glow to the skin and beat the heat. Enjoy!

HANDS ON
The Purist is with me all summer long. Whether we are at a picnic, snacking on the beach or my daughter is playing outdoors, the botanical blend cleanses hands without over-drying or stripping away the skin's natural barrier.
FEELING SALTY
In the Spa we use atomized Sea Water to help re-mineralize the skin, but there's nothing like the real thing. Diving into the ocean can help combat acne and speed the skin's healing process. And, of course, swimming in the sea is a wonderful way to bring relaxation to the whole system. For me it's a complete holistic reset, a way to connect with nature and refresh the senses.
COOLING CUCUMBER
Soothing and re-hydrating cucumber offers the skin an abundance of essential vitamins and helps increase its capacity to hold moisture, which is why it's a key ingredient in Awakening Eye Gel. Adding fresh cucumber to your menu in every which way can —in smoothies, salads and popsicles —helps bring cooling and calming nutrients to the skin.
MAJOR MANGOS
It's mango season in our home garden. With its high vitamin-C, mango supports the body's natural collagen production which is just one of the reasons I love to make Mango Lassi. Based on the original Indian trat, first freeze 2 cups of fresh diced mango. Then blend it with 3/4 cup coconut milk, 3/4 cup chilled almond milk, a spoonful of honey, a squeeze of lime juice and a dash of ground cardamom. If you like your lassi extra thick and frosty, add in a little ice before blending.
SO CHILL
I love to keep a travel-sized Roman Chamomile Tonic chilling in the fridge so that I can mist my skin after being out in the heat. It's also just so amazingly soothing to cool down Restorative Radiance Masque in the fridge in a little marble bowl before using it. You can feel the heat leaving your skin.
PURE DELIGHT
A detoxifying, clarifying powerhouse, Purifying Luculent Masque is blended with ancient detoxifying remedies Fo-Ti and Great Burdock. It's rich clay base draws away the heat and cleanses away impurities, imparting a fresh, bright vitality to the skin.
