Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Priority Shipping orders (Overnight or 2nd Day) received before 12:00 pm EST will be processed & shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed on Fridays after 12 pm EST, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday.

For orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii, please call 561-461-1181 to place your order. Shipping rates vary.

Sales Tax
Tammy Fender is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Florida.

Payment Methods
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

  • For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
  • All purchases require credit card authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.


Shipping Options & Charges
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. We ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays, via United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Below are the shipping options available for your order.

Domestic Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $85 within the continental United States. For orders under $85, we charge a $15 shipping fee. Most orders with Standard Service are delivered within 5-7 business days of the order's ship date.

For international orders, our shipping rates are based on the total price of your order. For international orders, the customer retains responsibility for all custom charges.

We want you to be pleased with every product you purchase from us. If you should need to return a product purchased through, please follow the steps below. 

  • If you wish to return an item, please call or e-mail our Customer Service department to initiate the return process at 561-461-1181 or
  • We accept returns on unopened items in their original condition and opened items that have less than 25% of product used. Tammy Fender cannot accept returned items if more than 25% of the product has been used.
  • Returned items can only be accepted within 14 days of the original shipment date.
  • Please enclose a copy of your order or the order number along with the reason for the return. Shipping charges for the returned product(s) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping charges associated with the original order are not refunded in the case of a return.
  • We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.
