What is the Tammy Fender Pure Points Rewards Program?
The Pure Points program is our gift to customers, enabling you to earn points on both product purchases and on treatments received in our Spa, as well as by sharing through social media and referrals.
Who can join?
When you create an account through TammyFender.com, or at the Spa, you are automatically enrolled in the Pure Points program.
Is there a limit to the points I can earn?
There is no earning limit—we are happy for you to earn as many points as you can.
How do I refer a friend?
When you refer a friend online, they receive a 10% coupon towards web purchases and you receive 250 points, which are added to your account once they make a purchase. If you refer a Spa client, you earn 250 points at the time they receive their first Spa service.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you reach 2,000 points, you will receive a $100 discount on Tammy Fender product purchase. Gift cards expire 60 days from date of issue.
Do I receive points for returned or refunded orders?
Refunded orders are deducted from your rewards points balance.
Will my points expire?
Points do not expire, but once a reward is reached and a gift card is awarded, it must be redeemed in its entirety within 60 days. Any point balance remaining on the card after that point would expire.
How do I close my account?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please get in touch via customercare@tammyfender.com and we will remove your account. Any accrued points will be lost at that time.
