Tammy's Palm Beach Guide

Palm Beach has always been a place that is deeply personal to me. There is a special energy here - the hush of the palms at dusk, the scent of jasmine on the ocean air, and the effortless interplay of timeless architecture and lush tropical beauty.  It is the layering of so many elements – architecture, nature, culture, and community – that gives Palm Beach its unmistakable soul.

For more than 30 years, this island has been deeply woven into my life and my work.  What began as my quiet sanctuary for healing and restoration grew alongside a community defined not only by elegance, but by warmth, creativity, and authenticity.  Many of my dearest friends have built thriving businesses here, helping preserve the character and spirit that make Palm Beach unlike anywhere else in the world.

 While the island continues to evolve, its essence endures. The places gathered here are a few of my favorites and part of the living fabric of Palm Beach.

Best Juice:

The “South Ocean” –a blend of Pineapple, Kale, Baby Spinach, Lime, Kiwi and Green Apple—packs in skin-boosting beneficials and an irresistible sweet-tart punch. Come in the morning, when owner Mia and the rest of the locals gather en masse.

The Palm Beach food scene turned stellar overnight. Case in point: Imoto, an Asian-inspired with an intimate, refined attitude, and a menu that’s fresh and full of flavor, including perfect sushi.
