STEP 1: Perfect Pacing 

You’re already ready—it’s time to begin. And, of course, when working with the skin, we work at nature’s perfect pace. Remember that it takes the skin 28 days or more to renew. During that time, you can lovingly commit to bringing your skin whatever it needs most—rehydration, strengthening support, renewed clarity or soothing calm.  

 

STEP 2: Choose the Right Mindset 

Over the years I’ve experienced the empowering benefits of visualization. Whatever change you’d like to see, visualize the glowing results in minute detail, seeing your skin as you’d wish to see it—healthy and radiant. And let that little smile rise as you feel into the beauty of your vision, letting go of negative thinking. 

 

STEP 3: Carve Out Time 

Of course, you will also need to address the practical. Please honor your intentions and your efforts by allowing for the extra time your new practices may take. Of course, most often changes to our routine actually take very little time, but they can seem to by requiring conscious thought.
