Let’s make this season all about the element of water. There is almost nothing as healing as sitting by a lake, swimming in the ocean, dipping your feet into a rippling stream or even enjoying your next shower with intention. Becoming conscious of that natural elemental flow can actually help us find our own way into feeling more free and easy, and more flexible. Run your fingers through the water, reflect on its beauty, listen to the waves—let water guide you through.

At the same time, of course, water is cleansing. These days my super-simple skin care routine means enjoying Epi-Peel in the shower. I reach for it several times a week—whenever I need to lift away the heat, grit and cares of the day. I let it set for a moment while I enjoy the water, and the way the herbal blend of Rosemary leaf water and West Native Spearmint leaf water, and Eucalyptus, fills the air with its green scent. And I love what the exfoliating peel does for my skin—so simply—whisking away dullness and bringing a fresh polish to the surface. (Of course, it’s also a great time to stay hydrated for skin health!)

I’m hoping that you will find flow in your days, and that you will glide like water through the season, with all gratitude for the beauty of this most essential element.
