TAMMY WRITES:  I’m sharing some of my favorite ways to incorporate tranquility into your morning skin care routine, for anyone who feels the pace picking up during summer’s last days. 

To begin, I massage a little bit of Bulgarian Lavender Body Oil into my scalp once a week, getting out any tension, and brushing it through to the ends, just enjoying the beauty of its pure, fresh scent. After my shower, I use Roman Chamomile Tonic as a body spray, feeling cocooned in calm before I start my day. Chamomile is one of nature’s most soothing herbal remedies and it feels so cooling.

Awakening Eye Gel and Plant Milk Serum are two formulas which I created specifically to help calm the skin. Awakening Eye Gel, blended with soothing cucumber and Elder Flower, helps reduce eye strain and puffiness, restoring a toned and smoothed look around the delicate eye area. I love to apply this silky gel using a gentle pumping motion underneath the eyes—always working from the inner corner to the outer—in order to activate lymphatic drainage.

Plant Milk Serum, as so many of you now know, brings this same soothing protection to the complexion. Blended with Mountain Arnica and White Lily, it’s designed to dissolve away stress, and I find that massaging it into the skin with quiet intention in the morning helps me start the day feeling nurtured and present.
