Earth Day!

Each year, Earth Day gives us a wonderful opportunity to honor Mother Earth, this spectacularly beautiful planet we all share. It’s the home which brings us together, no matter where we are or who we are. It’s our breath, and our life. 

Which aspect of nature resonates most for you? Where do you feel the connection best? For me, I love working with the botanical ingredients that create our formulas, and am forever awed by the healing capacities of nature’s medicinal plants. My time with that pure energy allows me to drink in the beauty of this remarkable planet. 

When we each take a moment to feel into what deepens our gratitude, Earth Day becomes powerful, gathering personal connections in a collective way. We can create a ripple effect by consciously acknowledging what we love best, whether a favorite tree, the sound of birdsong, the scent of flowers in bloom, the exhilaration of a rushing stream, the taste of a fresh, delicious salad, a bright, clear sky, or replenishing rain. 

Let’s all do what we can to get out into nature today, enjoying and nurturing this connection, and honoring the healing it brings. When our hearts remember the preciousness of this place, we can’t help but pledge our love to its protection and care.
