DEEP CARE

 

 

Even the smallest acts of nurturing care can carry a profound vibration. In honor of Mother’s Day this month, I invite you to share your care not only with your mother, and the beautiful supportive women in your life, but with yourself.  

Celebrate you with a deep bath (I am swooning for Beauty of Roses Bath Milk at the moment). Make yourself a cup of your favorite tea and sit down with a great book. Walk through a garden and take in nature's inspiration. Or put on your favorite playlist and twirl through your kitchen. Whatever it is that lets you feel held by the world, why not? 

And even if you don’t feel you have time for anything extra right now, you can still notice and amplify the many ways you already do take care of yourself so well, massaging in your moisturizer with a little extra love.
