SPRING STRENGTH
Spring feels like a great time for strengthening ourselves. My home garden is surrounded by fruit trees--35 of them at last count, from the mango trees and mulberry trees to star fruit and plantain. Looking after them and nurturing their growth is my passion. But, at the same time, they have offered me so many lessons in strength, how with the right care strength grows with steady consistency, and that that strength bears wonderful fruit—and in this case, literally.
