SPRING ENERGY

Spring is saturated with opportunity. The season lends a natural boost to your energy and can turbo-charge your drive while re-energizing the skin. Many ancient traditions celebrate the renewal of the season so beautifully—with flowers and eggs, bright colors and beauty.

The trick is, first we need to clear the way for all that fresh, seasonal exuberance to burst through. My approach is to really get into spring cleansing, allowing it to be metaphoric and energetic as well as physical. It’s a great time to do a cleanse, clean out the attic or to try a new facial cleansing protocol. No matter how you choose to welcome in the Spring, however, do it with an intention to connect with nature and the season’s sense of irrepressible joy. It can be an absolute pleasure.
