OPEN YOUR HEART
Let me invite you to open your heart. For me, on the deepest level, that call to action is about making the time and creating the space for whatever is held within the heart to expand, whether that is happiness or sadness, allowing what is to express fully. When we accept this invitation, we can clear energetic blockages, allowing us to relate both to ourselves and to others with more clarity and ease. Gratitude, curiosity, and, of course, love, can all flow more easily. And what an effect that has on the way we live our lives, the quality of our focus, our care, our health, happiness—and, yes!—the skin, too.
In the cacao ceremonies we have held recently at the Spa, this has been very much the case. With support from that plant remedy, participants are better able to access their deeper feelings, and to release what needs to be let-go in order to receive. The same is true for majestic Rose, the queen of flowers, and a herbal remedy that works both with the heart and the skin. While rose is know for its soft, nurturing energy, and holds us in that beautiful aroma, it is also a potent rejuvenator, generating pure vitality and illuminating the skin.
