NOURISHING INTENTION

 

For me, receiving true nourishment is about intention, whether in nourishing the skin or the heart. Bringing intention to all our smallest acts of care, for ourselves, for each other and the planet, amplifies every effort. In the morning, during my meditation, I love to acknowledge the sunlight and water that sustains us all, and while going through my skincare routine I take the opportunity to connect with gratitude to the plant remedies included in every one of my skincare formulas—the rejuvenating Roses that make Quintessential Serum or the extracts of soothing White Lily used to create Plant Milk Serum. I’m nourished so deeply by these natural wonders. 

Intention guides me into the moment so that I can receive all the beauty that life has to offer, the incredible nourishment all around us.
