I am sending all my best and brightest good wishes to you as we enter the New Year and this exciting season of change. In the treatment room, I work every day to help clients set new goals in order to make the changes that affect every part of their lives, from shifting the diet to supporting the complexion to embracing a deeper sense of wellbeing. And along the way, I’ve learned so much about setting resolutions. While many of you have heard me say it before, I want to remind you—and all of us—to be gentle, be patient, and to envision happiness at every step. Nature works at its own perfect pace, and when we are in tune with that rhythm, we thrive. These are my touchstones during times of transition and growth.
