For best results, perform each movement 8-10 times. This can be performed daily.
Scalp - Beginning at the center of the hairline, slowly and with medium-light pressure, comb down the side of your scalp to the base of your head and down toward your neck. Repeat this action all over your scalp.
Neck - With light pressure, use the comb in long strokes working down the neck.
Body - With light pressure, use the comb in long strokes all over the body, working down the neck and then along the limb, also focusing on the back of the arm, the inside and outside of the leg.
