Return Policy

We want you to be pleased with every product you purchase from us. If you should need to return a product purchased through tammyfender.com, please follow the steps below. 

• If you wish to return an item, please call or e-mail our Customer Service department to initiate the return process at 561-461-1181 or customercare@tammyfender.com
• We accept returns on unopened items in their original condition and opened items that have less than 25% of product used. Tammy Fender cannot accept returned items if more than 25% of the product has been used.
• Returned items can only be accepted within 14 days of the original shipment date.
• Please enclose a copy of your order or the order number along with the reason for the return. Shipping charges for the returned product(s) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Shipping charges associated with the original order are not refunded in the case of a return.
• We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.
