What an incredible and special Earth Day it was for us yesterday as we launched our limited edition Native Clay Body Wash & Tucuma Butter Body Balm housed in FEED’s signature burlap dopkit!  It was wonderful to have our friends Lauren Bush and Ellen of FEED here with us to promote this collaboration as we enjoyed a “green” inspired breakfast at SAKS Palm Beach.  This project is close to our hearts as a percentage of proceeds from each kit sold goes to supporting the World Food Programme’s Purchase for Progress – a revolutionary initiative that encourages the growth of the local farming industry within countries and regions that also need food aid.  Both farmers and food recipients are helped when money is used to buy and feed locally.  We “sourced the globe” for the food-grade ingredients in each product - Haiti, Brazil, Africa, Spain, South America - helping to sustain struggling nations who benefit directly from every kit sold.  Tammy Fender & FEED’s personal commitment to working against hunger is also matched with a commitment to the environment and to safe and healthy working conditions for all those we work with.  Join us and be a part of the solution to world hunger - we are grateful and sincerely thankful for your support.

It has been wonderful to hear so much about Alicia Silverstone lately….there she is creating one of her amazing recipes on Oprah from her new book, The Kind Diet….and again in the pages of every coveted beauty book….and on the marquee in NYC for her role in “Time Stands Still”….not only is she an incredible actress, author and glamour siren, but she is a shining example of creating beauty from the inside out.
